For the past ten years, ContActive has been involved with the organization of the Genesys G-Summit in Moscow, an annual international conference that focuses on customer service solutions for businesses. Genesys, who specialize in customer service products, were recognised as the being at the top of Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for several successive years on the strength of their contact centre solutions. 


The G-Summit attracts more than a hundred specialists from the CIS and Russia in areas including IT, marketing and sales, and finance. The event is designed to raise industry awareness of emerging trends and new practices in contact centre systems and customer service solutions. 


The event is significant in that it is unique in the industry, offering presentations by the leading experts at Genesys aimed at the major decision-makers in customer service implementation. It has adopted a turnkey approach with regard to its PR and publicity, and also the provision of interpreters for a multi-lingual audience and has been responsible for the formation of a good many new working relationships in the industry.
